EXPRESS ENTRY
Express Entry is an online system that is used my the Canadian government to manage applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. There are 3 federal programs within Express Entry.

Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
After the candidate is drawn from the Express Entry pool and receives and ITA (Invitation to Apply), most complete applications that have all the supporting documents are processed in 6 months or less.
Express Entry ensures that candidates who are most likely to succeed economically – not simply those first in line – are able to immigrate to Canada.
PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS
Provinces and territories can also recruit candidates from the Express Entry system through their Provincial Nominee Programs to meet local labour market needs.
This program is for workers who:

have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory

want to live in that province, and
-
want to become permanent residents of Canada
Each province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and requirements.
FAMILY SPONSORSHIP
You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada if you’re at least 18 years old and a:

Canadian citizen or
-
person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or
-
permanent resident of Canada
SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS
A self-employed person is a foreign national who has relevant experience and has the intention and ability to be self-employed in Canada and to make a significant contribution in Canada to one of the following:

cultural activities
-
athletics
Performance artists, musicians, artists, journalists, technical directors, referees and internal designers are some of the occupations that are considered in this category.
START-UP VISA
This program is for entrepreneurs who want to start a business that is innovative, that can create jobs for Canadians, and can be internationally competitive.
To apply for a start-up visa, entrepreneurs have to first secure a minimum investment of at least $200,000 from a Canadian venture capital fund or $75,000 for a Canadian angel investor. Successful applicants and their families and core team will be immediately eligible to apply for work visas and permanent residency.
PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD APPLICATION & RENEWAL
The permanent resident card (PR card) is an identification document and a travel document for permanent residents of Canada. You can hire us for the renewal of your PR card.
